It is absolutely out of question that a member state of the EU is allowed to kill innocent animals in such an such an torturing and distressing way. The European Protection of animals Act applies to every country wizhin the EU. Moreover this is European taxpayers money which is used for these cruelties.
If Romania does not apply law due to a civilized European state, all European funds and supportings have to be cancelled and if there is no reaction from Romania, this country has to be excluded from the Eurpean Union.
Why shall EU-citizens finance such a country by their tax?
