For democracy in Ukraine! (in German, Ukrainian, English, French)

Petition an den Gesamtbundesrat der Schweiz zur Unterstützung demokratischer Bestrebungen in der Ukraine sowie zur Sperrung der Konten des Präsidenten Wiktor Janukowytsch, dessen Sohn Oleksandr Janukowytsch und deren Firmenkonstrukte

Der heutige Präsident der Ukraine hat die Gesetze seines Landes gebrochen und grundlegende Menschenrechte verletzt. Millionen-Proteste in der Ukraine und auf der Welt demonstrieren klar den Willen des Volkes nach einem politischen Kurswechsel.

Die Jahre der Regierung Janukowytschs haben Stagnation der Wirtschaft auf allen Ebenen und einen massiven Kapitalabfluss ins Ausland bewirkt und die Ukraine zu einem der korruptesten Länder der Welt verwandelt.

Da Janukowytsch alle Machtsäulen un­d militärischen Kräfte unter seiner Kontrolle hat, kann er die Gewalt gegen das Volk weiterhin unkontrolliert ausüben. Die Verhaftungen, Verfolgungen und Angriffe auf Andersdenkende finden kein Ende. Sein autoritäres Regime speist sich aus Geldern illegaler und korrupter Geschäfte, welche über das internationale Finanzsystem mittels eines Netzes von Briefkastenfirmen im Ausland gewaschen werden (1).

Im Namen des ukrainischen Volkes und der Opfer der Nacht des 30. November bitten wir Sie  im Rahmen Ihrer Rolle als Vorsitzende der OSZE 2014 Ihren Einfluss zur Wahrung der Menschenrechte in der Ukraine geltend zu machen und besonders bei der Bekämpfung von Korruption, Geldwäsche und organisierter Kriminalität tatkräftig zu helfen sowie den Aufbau demokratischer Strukturen und die Sicherstellung einer freien Meinungsäusserung zu fördern.

In Anbetracht der aktuellen politischen Situation bitten wir Sie, als erste unmittelbare Aktionen:

1. Einfrieren der Konten von Wiktor Janukowytsch und dessen Sohn Oleksandr Janukowytsch
2. Einfrieren der Konten der Firmen, deren Nutzniesser sie oder ihre Angehörigen sind
3. Einfrieren der Konten der Geschäftsstrukturen und zugehörigen Finanzinstitutionen und –konstrukte der Janukowytschs, welche für den Zugang zum Weltfinanzsystem gebraucht werden.

Петиція до уряду Швейцарської Конфедерації на підтримку демократичних прагнень в Україні, а також прохання заморозити банківські рахунки президента Віктора Януковича, його сина Олександра Януковича та їхніх фінансових структур

Нині діючий президент України порушив закони власної країни, а також основи прав людини. Мільйони протестуючих в Україні, та по цілому світі, виразно виявили бажання народу змінити політичний курс.

Роки правління Януковича позначені стагнацією, яка паралізувала економіку на всіх її рівнях, та масовим відпливом капіталу закордон тa перетворили Україну на одну з найбільш корумпованих країн світу.

Оскільки президент утримує в своїх руках усі гілки влади, а також силові структури держави, він може безконтрольно застосовувати силу проти народу. Арешти, переслідування та напади на дисидентів продовжуються. Авторитарний режим Януковича підживлюється його нелегально та корупційно здобутими бізнес-активами, які відмиваються та легалізуються через міжнародну фінансову систему завдяки мережі компаній-прокладок та професійних посередників закордоном (1).

В ім‘я українського народу та жертв ночі 30 листопада, просимо Вас як представників головуючої країни ОБСЄ у 2014 році, вжити заходів на підтримку прав людини в Україні та надати дієву допомогу особливо в боротьбі проти корупції, відмивання коштів та організованої злочинності та підтримати розбудову демократичних структур та забезпечення свободи слова.

Зважаючи на дану політичну ситуацію, ми просимо Вас вжити заходів до здійснення таких початкових конкретних дій:

1. заморозити рахунки, які відкриті за кордоном Віктором Януковичем та його сином Олександром Януковичем
2. заморозити рахунки компаній, де вони та члени їх родини є бенефіціарними власниками
3. заморозити кореспондентські банківські рахунки бізнес-структур та належних до них фінансових установ сім'ї Януковичів, які дозволяють їхнім компаніям мати доступ до світової фінансової системи.

Petition to the Federal Council of Switzerland to support the democratic movement in Ukraine and for freezing the accounts of president Victor Yanukovych, his son Oleksandr Yanukovych and their business structures

The current president of Ukraine has broken the laws of his country and violated basic human rights. Millions of protesters in Ukraine and across the world clearly demonstrate the desire of the nation for a political change.

The years of Yanukovych in power have led to economic stagnation at all levels and a massive drain of capital away from the country, they transformed the Ukraine into one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

As Yanukovych controls all political and military forces, he is in a position to continue to exercise unregulated force against the population. The imprisonments, prosecutions and assaults upon dissidents don’t come to an end. His authoritarian regime is fueled by proceeds of illegal and corrupt dealings, laundered via the international financial system through a network of shell-companies and professional intermediaries (1).

On behalf of the Ukrainian people and the victims of the night of 30th November we ask you in your function as the OSCE’s Chairmain-in-Office in 2014 to live up to the commitments made by all participating states and to enforce the full respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in the Ukraine, to take an active role in the fight against corruption, money laundering and organized crime, as well as to foster the evolvement of democratic structures and freedom of expression.

Considering the current political situation we ask you for the first immediate actions:

1. to freeze the accounts of Viktor Yanukovych and his son Oleksandr Yanukovych
2. to freeze the accounts of the companies of which they are the beneficiaries
3. to freeze correspondent banking accounts, used by business structures and affiliated financial institutions of the Yanukovychs which are used to get access to the world financial system.

Pétition au Conseil fédéral suisse pour soutenir la démocratie en Ukraine et geler les comptes bancaires du Président Viktor Yanoukovytch, de son fils Oleksandr Yanoukovytch, ainsi que de leurs structures commerciales.

Le Président actuel d'Ukraine a violé les lois de son pays ainsi que les droits humains fondamentaux. Des millions de personnes protestent en Ukraine et dans le monde, démontrant que la nation aspire à un changement politique.

Les années de pouvoir de Viktor Yanoukovytch ont conduit à une stagnation économique à tous les niveaux et à un drainage massif des capitaux en-dehors du pays, elles ont transformé l'Ukraine en l'un des pays les plus corrompus dans le monde.

Etant donné que Viktor Yanoukovytch a entre ses mains tout le pouvoir politique, et contrôle  également complètement les forces militaires, il est en position de continuer à exercer la force    contre la population. Les emprisonnements, persécutions et assauts contre les dissidents continuent. Ce régime autoritaire s'appuie sur une activité commerciale illégale et corrompue, blanchie par l'intermédiaire du système financier international grâce à un réseau de sociétés fictives et d'intermédiaires professionnels.

Au nom du peuple ukrainien et des victimes de la nuit du 30 novembre, nous vous prions, dans le cadre de la Présidence de l'OSCE en 2014, de prendre des mesures pour défendre les droits de l'Homme en Ukraine et d'apporter une aide concrète à la lutte contre la corruption, le blanchiment d'argent, le crime organisé, ainsi que de soutenir le développement des institutions démocratiques et la liberté d'expression.

Compte-tenu de la situation politique actuelle, nous demandons en premier lieu:

1. de geler les comptes bancaires de Viktor Yanoukovytch et de son fils Oleksandr Yanoukovytch
2. de geler les comptes bancaires des sociétés dont ils sont bénéficiaires
3. de geler les comptes bancaires des structures commerciales et des institutions financières associées utilisées par les Yanoukovytch pour
accéder au système financier mondial.
